Overview
Keeply offers optional Premium features through the App Store, including cloud Pet Story / Diary generation and related household entitlements described in the app.
Billing
- Purchases are processed by Apple.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (per Apple’s rules).
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
- Prices shown in the app may vary by region and tax.
Free vs Premium (summary)
- Local care & activity can work without Premium.
- Cloud Pet Story / Diary and certain Premium-gated features require an active subscription (or eligible offer).
- Exact entitlements are shown in-app at purchase time.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.
