By downloading or using Keeply, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Keeply provides a dual-role pet care experience: a Pet Camera (often a spare iPhone) and a Monitor (your everyday phone), with on-device activity logging and optional Pet Story diaries.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.
- Sign in with Apple is required for account features.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you invite.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Keeply to unlawfully monitor people or private spaces without required consent.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse our servers, signaling, or other users.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Misrepresent subscription status or circumvent payment systems.
4. Devices and network
Live View and remote features need compatible devices and network connectivity. On-device care and local activity may still work when cloud features are unavailable.
5. Subscriptions (Premium)
Optional Premium features (such as cloud Pet Story and related entitlements) are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases via Apple. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. See VIP / Subscriptions.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Optional cloud AI story generation can be declined.
7. Intellectual property
Keeply branding, app UI, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own content (such as local captures you create), subject to the licenses needed to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
Keeply is a pet-care convenience product, not a life-safety, medical, or professional security system. Activity detection and stories are approximate and may miss or mislabel events. Use your own judgment for pet welfare.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from network outages, device failure, missed detections, or third-party platform changes (including Apple services).
10. Termination
You may stop using Keeply and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires otherwise.
